RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES

 

In-Store purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase with original receipt and within the original country of purchase. Returns and exchanges are subject to the terms below.

 


 

This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to purchases made in our brick and mortar Forever 21 Retail Store locations in the US (including US Territories) Only (collectively, "In-store"). All Forever 21 In-store purchases may only be returned to stores within the original country of purchase. At this time, Forever 21 international retail store locations cannot accept returns from online orders through Global-e. International online purchases cannot be returned to physical stores.

ALL RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ITEMS MUST BE UNWASHED, UNWORN, AND UNDAMAGED, WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED, AND WITH THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT. JEWELRY MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

UNDERWEAR, SELECT LINGERIE AND SWIM WEAR, EARRINGS, BODY PIERCINGS, AND GIFT CARDS/ E-GIFT CARDS ARE ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW.

GIFT CARDS AND STORE CREDIT ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE AND MAY NOT BE USED TO PURCHASE ANOTHER GIFT CARD ORE-GIFT CARD. UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW, GIFT CARDS AND STORE CREDIT CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE AND ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH. IF DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN, GIFT CARDS CAN ONLY BE REPLACED WITH ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR THE REMAINING VALUE IN OUR RECORDS AT THE TIME THE CARD IS REPORTED. Exchanges for international orders are currently not permitted. Please return items and place a new order.

Refunds or Exchanges are allowed within 30 days from the date of purchase or from the date the item was shipped if the purchase was made online. All In-store purchase returns must have the original receipt. Must present the Invoice Order for All online purchase Returns. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

FOR ONLINE PURCHASES, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT THE PACKING SLIP OR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

You must present your packing slip or confirmation email (which includes the Invoice Barcode). Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.
