Matte Velvetines make your lips feel as luxurious and velvety as a rose. Formulated to stay on all-day long with minimal touchups, this liquid lipstick won't bleed, transfer, or ruin that perfect kiss.

Tip: Apply lip balm 15 minutes prior; pat off excessive oils with tissue.
Apply Velvetines directly to lips (use a lip brush to refine edges).
Remove at end of day with waterproof makeup remover or oil.
